Biden Administration Announces New Judge Nominations

President Biden has nominated three judges to serve on the 9^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which has jurisdiction over areas commonly faced with challenges to federal environmental regulations, including pesticide registrations. Nominees include: Gabriel Sanchez, who has served as an associate state appeals judge; Lucy Koh, who serves as a U.S. district judge in Northern California; and Judge Holly Thomas, who serves in the Family Law Division of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
