On September 19, the ASTA Officers attended the Friends of the National Arboretum (FONA) Dinner Under the Stars event in Washington, D.C. Along with ASTA staff, the officers met with industry and government leaders from across the broader agriculture sector. They heard speakers from the National Arboretum and USDA discuss the importance of investing in agricultural research, enhancing the environment, and ensuring no one goes to bed hungry.
