Seed Industry will be the Spotlight at Foreign Policy Food + Forum

ASTA, in partnership with Foreign Policy, will take center stage at the publication’s Food + Forum, September 26 in New York City. The event, which takes place annually on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, will convene leading experts, scientists, policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs who are building more sustainable food systems, through advancing crop science and regenerative agriculture, enhancing soil sustainability and nutrient density, and providing innovative financing and safety nets to bolster food system resilience. Dr. Fan-Li Chou, ASTA’s Senior Vice President for Scientific Affairs & Policy, will join Dr. Tom Adams, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Pairwise, and Dr. Peter Beetham, Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer, Cibus, for a panel discussion to highlight industry innovations that are developing seeds with climate-resilient traits.
