ASTA’s Executive Committee Meets in Washington, D.C.

ASTA’s Executive Committee meets with Secretary Perdue

ASTA’s Executive Committee gathered in Washington, D.C. September 18-20 for its fall meeting. While in D.C., committee members received association and issue updates from ASTA staff and had the opportunity to meet with U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue for a discussion about trade, innovation, seed treatments, and other current issues impacting the seed industry. In addition, the committee was able to meet with a representative from the U.S. EPA on seed treatment and plant breeding innovation issues.
