President Trump Recognizes January as National Biotechnology Month

On January 1, President Trump issued a statement recognizing January as National Biotechnology Month. In recognition of this, the USDA, FDA and EPA have launched a Unified Website for Biotechnology Regulation to streamline information about the three regulatory agencies charged with overseeing agriculture biotechnology products. It is also part of the President’s Executive Order on Modernizing the Regulatory Framework for Agricultural Biotechnology Products.
