SIPA Announces James Weatherly to Stay as Interim Director

The Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance (SIPA) announced that James Weatherly will remain as Interim Director for 2020. James has served as Executive Director of SIPA for six years and announced in August 2019 he would be stepping down in 2020.
