Beginning January 25, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ACE filing will be mandatory for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS)-Core PGA Message set. This requirement is from U.S. CBP when filing entries of APHIS-regulated plants, plant products, and other materials. It is important that companies work with their customs brokers and software providers to ensure implementation preparedness. Otherwise, shipments may experience delays by submitting paper filings. Contact Abigail Struxness if you have further questions or experience implementation difficulties.
