ASTA Signs Letter Outlining Position on Tax Provisions

On May 10, ASTA joined an industry-led tax coalition letter, signed by over 40 national and regional agriculture organizations, to House and Senate leadership to express significant concerns about legislative proposals that would jeopardize the future of family-owned farm and ranch businesses. The coalition urges lawmakers to enact policies that preserve a sustainable business climate for rural American through the preservation of tax code provisions, which have long-been key to the financial health of agriculture.
