ASTA Submits Comments on USTR Assessment of Unfair Trade Practices

On March 11, ASTA submitted comments to the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), detailing the impact of unfair trade practices on the international movement of seed. ASTA’s recommendations largely focused on easing tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade that unnecessarily slow or inhibit the U.S. export of seed to trading partners.
