ASTA’s Director, Seed Health & Trade Receives USDA BRS Supervisor of the Year Award

On November 30, Martha Malapi, ASTA’s Director, Seed Health & Trade, was recognized with the USDA-APHIS BRS Supervisor of the Year Award.
Martha received this recognition for her tenure in BRS as Branch Chief before joining ASTA. Martha’s nomination was based on her leadership and trusting relationship she built with her team. She was recognized for fostering an environment of open and honest communication while adapting strategies and practices to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
