ASTA’s Forage, Turf, and Conservation Seed Conference Meets in Kansas City

The newly named Forage, Turf, and Conservation Seed Conference returned to Kansas City on November 1 for another year of programming in partnership with the Western Seed Association Annual Meeting. This year’s program featured experts in conservation policy, agency professionals from USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, and panel discussions focusing on pressing issues facing seed companies. Speakers presented on topics ranging from the Farm Bill, to hot topics in seed testing, and ways the seed industry can broaden its reach.
