Campus Connections is a program hosted each year by ASTA’s Future Seed Executives (FuSE) initiative. This opportunity for university undergraduates was created to provide outstanding networking experiences with industry mentors, executives, and thought leaders. Students with an interest in pursuing careers in the seed industry should apply! Program participants will travel to the ASTA Policy & Leadership Development Conference in Washington, D.C. from June 9-13, 2018.
FuSE will cover registration fees and lodging for the convention, and provide reimbursement for airfare and travel expenses. Selected students will have the opportunity to engage in educational opportunities before and during the Policy & Leadership Development Conference, and will leave as strong collegiate ambassadors for the seed industry on their respective campuses.
Campus Connections is designed for college juniors, or students who have one year of undergraduate studies remaining in agronomy, plant science/genetics, crop science, agricultural business/economics, biological engineering, horticulture, floriculture or other seed-related degree program.
The deadline for applications and resumes is Friday, December 8. Download the application here.
