IPSA Scholarship Now Available

The Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) is now accepting applications for its 2019 Scholarship Program. Ten $2,000 scholarships will be awarded to students studying in the field of agriculture. Both high school seniors and active college students are encouraged to apply.
