Japanese Delegation Meets with U.S. Seed Industry Representatives

On August 26, a delegation of biotech regulators from Japan met with representatives of the U.S. seed industry at the CropLife International office in Washington, D.C. The group included ASTA’s Innovation and Policy Committee Chair Jim Radtke, CIBUS. During the meeting, representatives from CropLife, ASTA, Bayer, BASF, and Pairwise provided updates from their companies with a focus on plant breeding innovation.
