Seed Industry Continues to Spread Good During COVID-19 Pandemic

Seed companies are continuing to go above and beyond expectations to support their local communities during this unprecedented time. Check out the latest examples from some of ASTA’s member companies:
- BASF is supporting local community organizations in North America with donations of disinfectants, PPE, and other needed supplies. In addition to local donations, BASF is manufacturing hand sanitizer at its sites in Washington, New Jersey and Wyandotte, Michigan and is donating to hospitals and healthcare and government agencies. Additionally, the company, together with its North American Agricultural Solutions business and several U.S. sites, will continue its support to people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic by donating more then $365,000 to Feeding America.
- Incotec has donated $12,000 to the local Monterey County Food Bank, which supports over 40% of the local population.
