SIPA to Host Educational IP Webinar on January 29

On January 29 at 10:00 a.m. PST, in conjunction with ASTA’s Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference in San Diego, the Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance (SIPA) will host an educational session on global IP licensing, employment agreements and the National IPR Coordination Center. The session will be available in-person and via webinar.

Hosted by Daniel Knauss, esq., Cooley LLP; Jill Link, esq., McKee, Voorhees & Sease PLC; and Jennifer French, SSA, FBI, the session will focus on considerations for Global IP licensing and employment agreements. The presentation will also examine current trends in IP theft,  including relevant examples from the seed industry.
