Some Countries Move to Accept Electronic Phytosanitary Certificates

Effective April 1, Mexico is now accepting electronic phytosanitary certificates, without the need for a paper certificate. While paper copies are still an option, electronic documents provide easier access options for many seed companies. In addition, Kenya and Hong Kong are now in production for ePhyto.
