USDA Announces Delay of Germplasm Deposit Requirement for Asexually Reproduced Varieties Protected by PVPO

On August 31, USDA announced the delay of the germplasm deposit requirement for asexually reproduced varieties protected by the Plant Variety Protection Office (PVPO).
