USDA APHIS Updates ReFreSH Documents

In early October, USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) updated its Regulatory Framework for Seed Health (ReFreSH) documents. These updates are a result of comments received by APHIS to a stakeholder notice issued last April.

ReFreSH was developed in collaboration with the seed industry, State and Federal officials, academia and others to reduce the risk of invasive plant pests and diseases moving with seeds in global trade. For more information about the program, including the updated documents, click here.
