USDA Expands Crop Insurance Coverage for Camelina

The USDA recently announced that crop insurance coverage for camelina will be expanded in specific counties nationwide in response to an anticipated increase in demand for biofuel production. Certain counties in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington will be eligible for the expansion in coverage.
