USDA National Agricultural Library Hosts Webinar on Maize, July 26

On July 26, the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Agricultural Library will continue its webinar series with a webinar on Maize. During the event, chefs will celebrate the gastronomic experience and diverse cultural heritage of maize by conducting live recipe demonstrations and sharing their culinary knowledge.
